Production Operator – Manufacturing Team

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you will run production equipment, assemble components and ensure that high‑quality products are delivered safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to work instructions and standards.
• Perform assembly, handling and finishing tasks to meet quality and output targets.
• Conduct in‑process quality checks and report any non‑conformities.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace following 5S principles.
• Record production and quality data accurately.
• Support changeovers, equipment setups and continuous‑improvement activities.
• Follow all safety, quality and standard‑work requirements.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, or relevant hands‑on experience.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and working with small components.
• Strong attention to detail, quality and safety.
• Willingness to work assigned shifts.

Required skills

• Familiarity with 5S workplace organization.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
