Product Operations Manager

About the role

RemoFirst is seeking a Product Operations Manager to serve as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, and cross‑functional teams. The role focuses on creating leverage for the product organization through structured processes, actionable data, and proactive communication.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Quicksight, SQL, Excel) to enable evidence‑based decisions for product managers and leadership.
• Define and report on key product health metrics such as adoption, retention, and support load.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data accessibility and trust.
• Translate requirements between product, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to ensure smooth collaboration and alignment with Support, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
• Own end‑to‑end product release processes, including launch checklists, retrospectives, release health reviews, and change communication.
• Identify inefficiencies and standardize product team workflows, creating repeatable systems for roadmap visibility, KPI tracking, and feedback cycles.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or Business Operations within a tech environment.
• Strong data skills with proficiency in SQL or equivalent.
• Excellent communication abilities and proven influence without direct authority.
• System‑thinking mindset focused on solving organizational friction through process and tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a distributed environment.
• Prior experience supporting global or multi‑country product launches.
• Experience aligning operations across Product, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
