Product Development Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive the creation and enhancement of medical technology solutions. You will translate research discoveries into market‑ready products and guide them through the full product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, develop, and evaluate new product concepts and enhancements.
• Lead planning, tracking, and execution of all product lifecycle phases from inception to market launch.
• Assess product ideas for customer need alignment, revenue potential, and market share impact.
• Define product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Apply engineering principles to solve moderate‑scope technical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product development or a similar engineering role.
