Procurement Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Supervisor to coordinate and oversee material supply operations, ensuring that production plans are met on time, with the required quality and cost efficiency. The role reports to senior management and works closely with production, engineering and quality teams to guarantee seamless raw material flow.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of supply planners, assigning workload based on SKU count and supplier portfolio.
• Define, monitor and adjust the supply schedule according to material requirements.
• Track supplier performance to mitigate delays and communicate critical issues.
• Maintain optimal raw‑material inventory, preventing stockouts and production stoppages.
• Analyze weekly safety‑stock levels and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate management indicators with Production, Engineering and Quality departments.
• Continuously improve processes and tools for raw‑material management and information flow.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, including material planning.
• Previous managerial experience leading a supply‑planning team.
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
