Processing Support Agent – UK Market (Day Shift)

About the role

The Order Processing Support Agent will manage the full order cycle for the UK market, ensuring accurate entry, verification, and timely release of orders to production. This day‑shift position is based in Tunis and works closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the Goldstar Order Processing Application (GOPA) and upload related documentation.
• Review order details for completeness, including quantities, pricing, stock, artwork, and delivery dates.
• Process artwork, obtain customer approval when required, and confirm order details.
• Monitor order status via the dashboard, provide updates, and contact customers by phone if needed.
• Resolve order‑related issues, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
• Validate all information before setting ship dates and releasing orders to production.
• Ensure production instructions are clear to avoid delays.
• Communicate proactively with customers to manage expectations.
