Process Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Process Engineer to help turn innovative medical‑technology concepts into market‑ready products. The role focuses on discovering, developing, and evaluating new product ideas and enhancements throughout the product life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess new product concepts, extensions, and improvements that meet customer needs and business goals.
• Lead and track all phases of the product life‑cycle from inception to market introduction.
• Define product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure successful development and launch.
• Apply professional concepts, basic principles, and theories to solve routine technical problems.
• Follow established policies and procedures while receiving detailed guidance on tasks.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Little to no prior professional experience; ability to work under detailed instructions.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn professional concepts.
