Process Engineer

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Process Engineer to support the development of new and enhanced medical‑technology products. The role will involve translating research concepts into market‑ready solutions and guiding them through the entire product life‑cycle, from initial idea to commercial launch.

Key responsibilities

• Discover, develop and evaluate new product ideas and enhancements for medical‑technology solutions.
• Lead and track all phases of the product life‑cycle, ensuring timely progression from concept to market introduction.
• Assess product concepts for alignment with customer needs, revenue potential and market‑share objectives.
• Define detailed product specifications and collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales teams.
• Apply basic engineering principles to solve routine, limited‑scope problems following established policies.
• Follow detailed instructions and standard procedures while gaining hands‑on experience in product development.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Little to no prior professional experience; ability to work under guidance.
• Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn professional concepts and applications.
