Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer

About the role

The Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer will drive production efficiency and quality at Bulgin Tunisie. You will analyse current processes, develop robust work instructions, and lead measurement system studies to ensure reliable data for continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimise production processes using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
• Create, implement and maintain clear work instructions and production documentation.
• Conduct Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) capability studies.
• Align production capacity with customer demand to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Plan, monitor and report progress of engineering projects.
• Ensure smooth handover from manufacturing engineering to production.
• Coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and manage their implementation.
• Manage improvement project lifecycle from initiation to delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in process optimisation or continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma and MSA methodologies.
• Experience leading cross‑functional improvement initiatives.
• Ability to develop and maintain detailed work instructions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis skills.
