Print Technical Support Representative (Italian)

About the role

HP is looking for an Italian‑speaking Print Technical Support Representative to join its Commercial Printing team. The role involves resolving moderate to complex hardware and software issues, providing detailed product information, and proactively helping customers prevent problems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems of moderate to high complexity for HP printing hardware and software, including legacy products.
• Deliver comprehensive responses to customer inquiries about services, warranties, enterprise agreements and mission‑critical support.
• Proactively notify customers of potential issues and recommend preventive actions.
• Collaborate with programmers, QA testers and managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain trusted relationships with technical users across customer accounts.
• Mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point for complex cases.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work independently while following established protocols.
• Experience in a technical support environment, preferably within printing or related hardware.

Required skills

• Technical troubleshooting of printing hardware and software.
• Knowledge of warranty and enterprise agreement terms.
• Familiarity with HP printing product portfolio.
