Pre-Sales Consultant (Cryptography & PQC)

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Consultant you will act as the trusted technical advisor for prospects, customers and partners, bridging our advanced security platform with real‑world cryptographic challenges. You will work closely with sales and channel partners to accelerate deals, deliver impactful demos, run proofs‑of‑concept and guide organisations on post‑quantum migration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical deep‑dives and customised workshops (virtual and in‑person) showcasing cryptographic discovery, analytics, risk scoring and PQC migration capabilities.
• Lead technical portions of the sales cycle: discovery calls, scoping workshops, RFP/RFI responses and executive presentations.
• Enable channel partners (MSSPs, system integrators, consulting firms) through training, co‑selling, joint PoCs, webinars and partner‑specific collateral.
• Map customers’ cryptographic inventory, assess quantum and classical risks, identify compliance gaps and build actionable PQC migration roadmaps.
• Support technical evaluations and PoC deployments, ensuring measurable outcomes and smooth hand‑off to post‑sales teams.
• Capture market trends, feature requests and competitive insights to influence product roadmap.
• Contribute to pipeline development through technical win strategies, objection handling and proposal support.
• Travel occasionally (20‑30%) for key meetings, conferences and workshops.

Required profile

• 6+ years of pre‑sales, solutions consulting or technical account management experience in cybersecurity, cryptography or enterprise software.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Deep technical understanding of cryptography, including symmetric/asymmetric algorithms, PKI, TLS protocols and Post‑Quantum Cryptography (NIST PQC algorithms).
