Plant Manager – Manufacturing Operations (Nabeul)

About the role

PIP Global Safety is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead its Nabeul site. The role oversees all aspects of plant performance, safety, quality and continuous improvement while aligning with the company’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the site vision, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Build and sustain a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily production operations, meeting output, quality and delivery targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor and drive improvement of KPIs such as safety, quality, cost, delivery, efficiency and sustainability.
• Maintain and optimize equipment, facilities and processes.
• Lead, coach and develop the management team and workforce, fostering engagement and retention.
• Manage staffing, training and succession planning.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, local authorities and partners, representing the site in audits and inspections.
• Control the site budget (Capex and Opex), drive cost‑saving initiatives and support new business opportunities.
• Implement lean, Six Sigma or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a manufacturing plant or large industrial operation.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive performance against KPIs.
• Experience in budget management, cost control and resource optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
