About the role

The company is expanding its laboratory activities in Sousse and seeks a Production Pharmacist to ensure smooth manufacturing and packaging operations. You will be responsible for meeting production schedules while complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and guarantee adherence to production and packaging timelines.
• Apply and enforce GMP (BPF) requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
• Optimize and continuously improve production management and packaging tools.
• Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to maintain compliance.
• Generate and analyse production reports to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical quality and regulatory environments.
• Experience with production management systems.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to work autonomously, with rigor and strong communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
