About the role
Wall Street English is looking for a Personal Coach in Tunis. The coach acts as a brand ambassador and delivers excellent academic support and customer experience, keeping students engaged and helping them reach their language learning goals. The programme introduces the centre's method and trains the coach on the importance of service across all departments.
Key responsibilities
- Coach students toward reaching their educational goals
- Motivate students throughout the course
- Create a fun, all-English learning environment
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Manage class schedules and a variety of administrative tasks
Required profile
- Fresh graduate eligible for a CIVP contract or final-year Master's student
- Energetic, positive, friendly and professional
- Passionate about education, languages and excellent customer service
Required skills
- Excellent command of English
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills
