People Business Partner – HR Business Partner (Tunisia)

About the role

Opella is seeking a People Business Partner to join its HR team in Megrine, Tunisia. In this role you will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating site priorities into effective people initiatives that drive performance, engagement and cultural change within a fast‑moving pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy HR strategies, programs and processes aligned with site business priorities.
• Represent HR on the Site Leadership Team and during business reviews, ensuring strong stakeholder management with social partners.
• Lead cultural and organisational change initiatives that foster innovation and employee engagement.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, talent development, diversity & inclusion, performance management and rewards.
• Oversee employer branding, candidate attraction, student programs and employee retention activities.
• Manage employee‑employer relations transparently and promote a constructive dialogue with social partners.
• Conduct strategic workforce planning, support headcount budgeting and forecast personnel costs.
• Partner with the Recruitment Hub to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring and continuous improvement of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR business partnering within a dynamic, industrial or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into HR solutions and to influence senior leaders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with social partners.
• Demonstrated experience in workforce planning, talent management and change leadership.
