Payroll Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join its Global Payroll and HR Operations team in Sfax, Tunisia. The role supports the centralized payroll processing for DJO Tunisia and future entities, using Sage payroll software and Workday HRMS, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll execution each month.

Key responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll, including wage, overtime, bonuses, allowances, and separation payments.
• Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and protect employee information.
• Ensure compliance with Tunisian labour laws and any legislative changes.
• Review time‑and‑attendance records and verify accuracy against country regulations.
• Balance earnings and deduction totals, prepare general‑ledger entries, and reconcile payroll accounts.
• Generate and review payroll registers, standard reports, and resolve discrepancies.
• Support audit requests by maintaining accurate payroll documentation.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of payroll data to assist site finance.
• Identify and correct out‑of‑balance conditions and other payroll errors.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good understanding of Tunisian labour legislation and payroll compliance.
• Analytical mindset with ability to reconcile data and resolve discrepancies.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with HR, treasury, and finance teams.
