Partnerships Analyst

About the role

The Partnerships Analyst will support UNOPS in expanding its strategic footprint across North Africa and the Indian Ocean Small Island Developing States. The role focuses on identifying new project opportunities, building relationships with donors and partners, and strengthening UNOPS' resource mobilisation pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and assess potential projects and business opportunities aligned with UNOPS' mandate and strategic priorities.
• Develop expressions of interest, concept notes, proposals, logical frameworks and other project development documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams and prospective partners to clarify requirements and shape project concepts.
• Prepare high‑level estimates of project scope, effort and costs, consolidating technical and financial information.
• Support the strategic positioning of UNOPS by articulating its capabilities and operational experience to partners and donors.

Required profile

• Strong organisational, analytical and communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to work effectively under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of partners and stakeholders.
