Partner Success Delivery Manager

About the role

The Partner Success Delivery Manager is responsible for managing HPE‑branded, partner‑delivered services, overseeing program governance, end‑to‑end delivery, operational performance, customer and partner experience, and financials of assigned delivery partners. The role also drives growth initiatives within partner accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for all program requirements, documents and changes.
• Lead regular operational delivery reviews with partners, analysing performance metrics, root causes and corrective actions.
• Ensure partners deliver high‑quality customer satisfaction and have personnel with required training and skills.
• Conduct yearly partner delivery assessments and maintain documentation in HPE tools.
• Collaborate across regions and worldwide teams to develop new services and solutions.
• Develop business cases, validate solutions and demonstrate added value of services.
• Participate in partner business reviews and create/execut​e Partner Success Delivery Plans.
• Serve as escalation point for partner issues and drive business improvements.

Required profile

• Typically 5+ years of proven experience in Service Business Management or related delivery, solution architecting, or business planning roles.
• University degree or equivalent work experience; advanced degree is a plus.
• Moderate knowledge of the IT and services industry, company policies, service offerings and end‑to‑end processes.
• Strong analytical, financial analysis and planning abilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and influencing skills across functions and geographies.

Required skills

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification (advantage).
• Project and change management training/certification.
• Proficiency with desktop applications and financial reporting tools.
