Opérateur Concasseur – Production & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Crusher Operator to work on our quarry located in Grombalia, Ain Tebournok. The successful candidate will drive, adjust and continuously monitor the crushing and screening installations while also handling the electrical aspects of the machines to ensure uninterrupted, high-quality aggregate production.

Key responsibilities

• Start, set up (spacing, flow rates, screens) and operate crushers and related equipment.
• Continuously monitor material flow, detect blockages or mechanical/electrical faults and intervene promptly.
• Supervise electrical components such as control cabinets, motors, sensors and variable-speed drives; perform first-level diagnostics on electrical failures.
• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance of all quarry installations.
• Carry out visual quality checks of raw rock and finished products, enforce safety standards and keep the work area clean and secure.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (BTP) or BTS in Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics or Automation.
• Solid knowledge of industrial electricity, including reading schematics, wiring, electrical safety and basic automation.
• First experience in an industrial environment (quarry, mine, cement plant or factory) operating heavy machinery is a strong advantage.
• Versatility, quick reaction on site, strict adherence to safety instructions, teamwork and strong observation skills.
