Onsite IT Support Engineer – Laptop Build & Stock Validation

About the role

This is a short‑term, onsite assignment for an IT Support Engineer to perform laptop build and stock validation activities at a customer site in Megrine, Tunisia. The engineer will work on a single day, starting at 9:00 AM local time, and will be responsible for configuring devices, installing Windows 11, and verifying inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure laptops for end users, including Windows 11 (25H2) installation.
• Validate successful deployment and basic functionality of each device.
• Perform physical stock validation of IT assets, confirming serial numbers and inventory records.
• Report any discrepancies or missing assets and provide an inventory discrepancy report.
• Conduct basic hardware and software health checks.
• Provide activity updates, completion reports, and obtain customer sign‑off.

Required profile

• Available for a 2‑hour onsite assignment on 29 June 2026.
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed procedures.
• Good communication skills for reporting and customer interaction.
