Motion Graphic Designer – TV & Broadcast

About the role

Islam Channel, a leading English‑language broadcaster, is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to create dynamic visual content for TV broadcasts, commercials, promos and branding across its English and Urdu channels. The role will shape the visual identity of the channel and help connect with a diverse audience.

Key responsibilities

• Create original motion‑design concepts and execute them for TV shows, promos and branding.
• Design logos, opening sequences, transitions, closing visuals and on‑air graphics.
• Produce 3D animations using Element 3D and integrate 2D/3D graphics with live‑action footage through motion tracking.
• Collaborate with designers, producers, editors and the Creative Director to ensure visual consistency.
• Monitor emerging design trends in broadcast media and explore new visual styles.
• Maintain and update in‑show graphics throughout episodes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion‑design work for TV, commercials or digital media.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines and incorporate feedback.
• Respect and awareness of Islamic values when creating content.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Element 3D (After Effects plugin).
• 3D animation skills using Cinema 4D or 3ds Max.
• Ability to integrate graphics, effects and video content seamlessly.
