Moonshine Technician

About the role

The Senior KPO Technician will work directly on the shop floor, driving Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives for a global aerospace component manufacturer. You will support a safe, efficient, and lean operation while collaborating with multiple functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Interface with all functional departments to handle continuous‑improvement requests.
• Lead independent improvement projects and support Kaizen events.
• Assist supervisors, team leaders, and associates in applying Lean principles.
• Create work instructions, daily management tools, Six Sigma and TPM documentation.
• Design and fabricate equipment using Creform tubing and other materials.
• Complete Kaizen newspaper action items and support Kaizen event follow‑up.
• Adhere to core values and competencies such as health & safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑2 years of continuous‑improvement experience.
• 2‑4 years in a manufacturing environment.
