Mid/Senior Marketing Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Mid‑to‑Senior Data Analyst to join our marketing team and turn data into actionable insights that drive growth across our super‑app platform. You will work closely with product, engineering and research teams to embed marketing intelligence into our overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing teams to analyze performance metrics such as attribution, audience targeting effectiveness, campaign ROI, and user engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies and tactics using data analysis and a deep understanding of marketing principles.
• Work cross‑functionally with product, engineering, research, and other teams to integrate marketing data into business strategy and product development.
• Serve as a data ambassador, promoting a data‑driven marketing culture throughout the organization.
• Influence marketing strategy and execution by delivering data‑driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Partner with engineering to ensure the collection of relevant data for informed decision‑making and optimization of marketing efforts.
• Develop and test hypotheses for optimizing marketing performance, employing rigorous analytical methodologies.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively through data‑driven storytelling to guide stakeholder decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of analytics experience in an app‑marketing environment, with a proven track record of leveraging attribution tools and defining tracking plans for campaigns.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and performance metrics.

Required skills

• SQL for data querying.
• Python scripting.
• R or other statistical/mathematical software.
