Method Engineer / Ingénieur Méthode

About the role

The Method Engineer will drive continuous improvement of the production concept, focusing on quality, efficiency and space utilization. You will work within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment to define and implement production methods that meet engineering standards and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement production concepts while respecting engineering rules such as kits, sequences, WPO, ergonomics, quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with EOS procedures and quality requirements.
• Monitor and update MSD reports and PFMEA documentation as changes occur.
• Participate in improvement projects and support certification and customer audits.
• Manage auxiliary personnel, including overtime control.
• Review production flow charts (PFD) and ensure smooth audit processes.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar industrial role.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment.
• Good verbal and written English proficiency.
