Merchandising Coordinator

About the role

The Merchandising Coordinator supports the Senior Merchandise Manager in driving sales and optimizing the online product assortment for the North‑America market. Working closely with product data and site‑merchandising teams, the role ensures that every product is accurately set up, visually presented and continuously optimized to enhance the shopper experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing merchandising strategy and seasonal site campaigns, including curated product lists and collections.
• Conduct market‑level gap and competitive analysis and partner with merchandise managers on category strategy.
• Collaborate with the Category Manager to launch new products on schedule.
• Manage product setup in the system, ensuring correct descriptions, pricing, images and attributes.
• Maintain vendor relationships through regular communication.
• Create visual merchandising boards to communicate assortments to cross‑functional partners.
• Monitor industry trends via competitive shopping, social media and trade shows.
• Partner with site merchandising to curate assortments, seasonal collections and landing pages.
• Optimize site elements such as categorisation, filters and attributions for better conversion.
• Ensure accurate product placement, pricing, photography and descriptions on the website.
• Support photography processes and manage the sample database.
• Maintain product data quality using the Product Information Management (PIM) tool and raise tickets in Jira when issues arise.
• Assist with product lifecycle management and adhere to development calendars.

Required skills

• Experience with a Product Information Management (PIM) tool.
• Proficiency in using Jira for issue tracking.
