Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to own our brand presence and accelerate growth across digital channels. You will join a young, ambitious team in Sousse and be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing multi‑channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch multi‑channel campaigns across social media, email and paid advertising.
• Maintain content calendars and create copy that converts.
• Grow and engage our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook communities.
• Implement SEO and SEA initiatives, monitor performance and adjust tactics.
• Report on key performance indicators and translate data into actionable next steps.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads and analytics tools.
• Basic design proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite.
• Creative, autonomous and results‑driven mindset.
