Marketing Specialist - B2B Campaigns & Graphic Design

About the role

Axe Finance, a fintech founded in 2004 and active in 32 countries, is hiring an experienced Marketing Specialist who combines hands-on B2B campaign expertise with strong graphic design skills. You will join an international marketing team and contribute to global initiatives, working alongside colleagues in Sales, Content Marketing, Product Marketing and others.

Key responsibilities

• Execute B2B demand generation campaigns across regions and target markets
• Manage LinkedIn Ads, budgets, targeting, optimization and performance tracking
• Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing journeys and lead scoring
• Create marketing assets such as brochures, case studies, presentations, social media content and event materials
• Design visual content, infographics and creatives while keeping brand consistency
• Coordinate webinars and podcasts, including promotion, registration, delivery and content repurposing
• Support events and turn product, client and thought leadership content into campaigns
• Analyze campaign, CRM and funnel data and give actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing and external partners

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or a related field
• At least 4 years of B2B marketing experience combining demand generation and graphic design
• Strong portfolio of campaign assets, collateral, presentations and visual content
• English and French, written and spoken
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, banking software, webinars/podcasts or international marketing is an advantage

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), PowerPoint and Canva
• LinkedIn Ads, campaign management and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot
• Understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead nurturing, campaign attribution and CRM
