Marketing & Growth Manager Tunisia

About the role

Join Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, to shape the local marketing strategy in Tunisia. You will adapt the global playbook, analyse user data and drive growth initiatives across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute Glovo’s local marketing strategy, adapting the global playbook to Tunisian market needs.
• Analyse quantitative data, user behavior and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage the mix of digital and non‑digital media investments to meet CAC targets.
• Lead offline and online marketing activations in coordination with commercial and other teams.
• Own the tracking, budgeting and reporting of the country’s marketing spend.
• Monitor key growth metrics and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Partner with product, operations, finance and sales to drive product changes that boost growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Statistics or a quantitative field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in FMCG or e‑commerce with a proven record of delivering business growth.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with high‑growth, complex business challenges.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and project‑leadership abilities.
• Fluent English and a hands‑on attitude.

Required skills

• SQL (knowledge is a plus).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency.
