About the role
Murex is seeking Junior Market Risk Consultants to join its CS EMEA ERM team in Tunis. The role supports European clients on production, upgrades, and implementation projects while working closely with the Paris office.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client support services, including follow‑up and resolution of open cases.
- Contribute to upgrade, migration, or implementation projects as a stream member and attend client workshops.
- Manage defect correction and product enhancements.
- Conduct training sessions for Murex staff or clients.
- Participate in on‑site client assistance.
- Work on internal product evolution streams.
Required profile
- Graduate (master’s) degree in engineering, finance, mathematics or related field.
- Interest in IT/software development with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Client‑facing experience with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English and openness to travel.
