Maintenance Technician

About the role

Autoliv is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep its production lines running at peak performance. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, quality, and productivity in an automotive safety environment.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SQCDM, QOS, AMG, PFMEA audits, workshops and approval meetings, contributing to continuous‑improvement action plans.
• Maintain production continuity by prioritising maintenance tasks, monitoring process parameters and troubleshooting equipment failures.
• Perform preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC‑controlled systems.
• Keep equipment documentation, process data, indicators and reports up to date in the designated systems.
• Manage TPM activities, support capacity studies and help develop work instructions and maintenance standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, EHS regulations and participate in risk assessments and emergency response actions.
• Support cross‑functional teams by sharing technical expertise and driving APS philosophy and PCCB‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Vocational high school education.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance department, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems.
