Maintenance Technician – Industrial Equipment

About the role

SOQUIBAT is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join its team at the Djebel El Ouest site in Zaghouan. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability and safety of industrial equipment through regular upkeep and prompt fault resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections, greasing, and routine maintenance of machinery.
• Diagnose complex breakdowns, replace defective components, and restore equipment to operational status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost equipment reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
• Adhere to safety standards during all maintenance activities.
• Install new machines and integrate them into existing production lines.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date maintenance reports.

Required profile

• Technical baccalaureate minimum; BTS or Technician diploma in Industrial Maintenance or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least one year of experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to work autonomously, react quickly to issues, and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Strong analytical mindset.
