About the role

Join Four Seasons in Tunis as a Lifeguard, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests at our beachfront pool and recreational facilities. You will be the first line of protection, delivering the brand’s renowned hospitality while maintaining a secure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the swimming pool and surrounding areas continuously to guarantee guest safety.
• Enforce pool rules and safety regulations courteously and professionally.
• Respond immediately to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid or CPR as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment, water quality, and overall cleanliness.
• Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to management.
• Uphold Four Seasons standards of grooming, behavior, and guest interaction.

Required profile

• Valid Lifeguard Certification.
• First Aid certification from the Tunisian Civil Defense.
• Strong swimming and rescue abilities.
• Calm and focused demeanor in emergency situations.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a cross‑functional team.
