Lead Software Engineer - Healthcare

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to serve as the technical anchor of our development team, spending 70‑80% of the time hands‑on coding while guiding front‑end and back‑end developers. You will work closely with the CEO, Product Manager and CTO, driving the migration from Salesforce to an in‑house platform and later building an LLM‑powered intelligence layer.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build core full‑stack features, focusing on the most complex and critical parts of the platform.
• Lead the technical design and execution of the migration from Salesforce to an in‑house solution, including data model, integrations, data migration and cut‑over.
• Conduct code reviews, set standards for code quality, testing and documentation, and own sprint delivery and implementation decisions.
• Mentor front‑end and back‑end developers, pair on hard problems and support technical interviews and hiring.
• Ensure architecture and security standards are applied consistently and obtain technical feasibility sign‑off on roadmap items.

Required profile

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
• Strong full‑stack expertise in a modern front‑end framework (React, Angular or Flutter) and a back‑end stack (TypeScript/Node.js or Python).
• Proven experience with system and API design, relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and production deployments on AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English communication; additional French or Arabic is a plus.
