Lead Quality Systems Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Quality Systems Specialist to drive the implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Management System at our Tunisian facility. You will ensure that all quality standards, customer requirements and regulatory obligations are met, supporting LEONI’s mission to deliver high‑performance wiring solutions for the automotive industry.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and monitor the Integrated Management System (IMS) at the plant level, approving translations when required.
• Develop local quality standards and adapt them to global requirements.
• Coordinate, train and coach plant personnel on quality tools and standards.
• Collect inputs and communicate outcomes of facility management review meetings.
• Guarantee compliance with customer‑specific requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and local regulations.
• Lead the implementation of corrective and preventive actions arising from internal and external audits.
• Prepare and support internal and external audits for the production facility.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in an automotive environment.
• Fluent English with strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven ability to manage change, work towards results and collaborate in a team.
