Lead MLOps/AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead MLOps/AI Engineer to join our international AI‑driven product team. Based in our Sfax office, you will provide technical leadership to design, deploy and operate production‑grade machine‑learning solutions for a Swiss‑based IT company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage scalable AI and ML production systems.
• Establish MLOps, CI/CD and model lifecycle standards across projects.
• Monitor data and model drift to ensure reliability and performance.
• Optimize data pipelines, APIs and distributed infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product owners, SMEs and engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Mentor and guide team members to maintain high technical quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience deploying machine‑learning models in production.
• Strong background in building CI/CD pipelines for ML workloads.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Kubernetes or comparable orchestration platforms.
• Experience with data pipeline construction and feature engineering.
• Ability to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Leadership and mentoring skills in an Agile, multicultural setting.
