Junior Technical Support Specialist

About the role

Regnology is looking for a Junior Technical Support Specialist to join its global "Follow the Sun" support model. You will start with a structured onboarding program, a dedicated buddy, and hands‑on training to quickly become proficient in the company’s regulatory reporting product.

Key responsibilities

• Learn product architecture, client‑server fundamentals and troubleshooting methodology through a formal training plan.
• Handle first‑level technical questions and configuration inquiries, escalating complex cases as needed.
• Investigate application issues, analyse logs and error messages under guidance.
• Gradually take ownership of root‑cause analysis, log analysis and case reproduction.
• Work with Engineering, Product, Professional Services and Cloud Operations to resolve functional and technical issues.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and client‑facing documentation.
• Participate in cross‑functional initiatives to improve support processes and product features.

Required profile

• Degree or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related technical discipline.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
• Ability to work in an international, multi‑time‑zone team.
• Entry‑level mindset with a focus on long‑term career growth.
