Junior Online Content Manager

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Online Content Manager to support the communication outreach project on EU policies across North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term, on‑demand and focuses on maintaining and enhancing the project’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update website and online platform content using Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Draft, edit and publish web content in line with communication objectives and editorial guidelines.
• Ensure content is accurate, up‑to‑date, accessible and user‑friendly.
• Coordinate with communication specialists, designers and technical teams to publish multimedia content.
• Support digital communication campaigns through online channels.
• Monitor website performance and assist with basic web analytics and reporting.
• Maintain content consistency, quality and compliance with EU branding and communication standards.
• Assist with content planning, quality assurance and routine website maintenance.

Required profile

• Degree (or equivalent) in communication, journalism, web content or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• At least 2 years of general experience in online communication and 1 year of specific experience managing website/online content.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).
