Junior Graphic Designer – Non-Key Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join its pool of Non‑Key Experts for a 36‑month EU‑funded communication project covering North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf. The role is short‑term and on‑demand, providing visual support for day‑to‑day communication activities that promote EU policies and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print communication campaigns, including infographics, illustrations, brochures, presentations, banners and social‑media graphics.
• Maintain and adapt the visual identity of campaigns in line with EU communication guidelines.
• Collaborate with communication specialists, content managers and audio‑visual teams to create engaging visual content.
• Prepare artwork for both print and digital publication, ensuring high production quality.
• Convert existing materials into different formats and languages as required.
• Support the design of event materials, exhibition graphics and promotional items.
• Guarantee consistency, accessibility and quality across all visual outputs.

Required profile

• Degree or professional training in graphic design (or equivalent).
• Minimum two years of general graphic‑design experience.
• At least one year of experience creating campaign visuals or infographics.
• Fluent working knowledge of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite).
