IT Talent Sourcer & Placer – Remote (Tunisia)

About the role

Dynamix Java SRL is seeking an IT Talent Sourcer & Placer to work fully remotely from Tunisia. You will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and placing senior IT consultants for Belgian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach IT consultants (Java/Full‑Stack developers, business analysts, functional analysts, solution architects) via LinkedIn, job boards and personal networks.
• Qualify candidates on technical and functional skills, availability, language proficiency and expectations.
• Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified professionals.
• Prospect and grow a portfolio of Belgian end‑clients, understand their needs and present suitable profiles.
• Manage the full placement cycle from presentation and interviews to negotiation and closing, and maintain post‑placement relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT talent hunting and consultant placement.
• Strong sales drive with demonstrable results.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch (Flemish) is a strong plus.
• Autonomous, organised and results‑oriented.
• Good understanding of IT roles (development, analysis, architecture) and the consulting market.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Java and Full‑Stack development roles.
• Understanding of business analysis, functional analysis and solution architecture.
