IT Project Management Officer

About the role

Vneuron, a fast‑growing RegTech company, is looking for an IT Project Management Officer to support the delivery of its compliance and risk‑management solutions. You will work closely with internal product, development, QA, delivery and support teams as well as with clients to ensure projects stay on track.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track progress of project delivery, both internally and with clients.
• Maintain project schedules, milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely updates.
• Prepare and formalise meeting minutes, action plans and status reports.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Development, QA, Delivery and Support teams to align execution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project‑management practices and reporting.
• Assist project managers in identifying risks, dependencies and deviations, and support corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO) or equivalent coordination role.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
