IT Infrastructure & Compliance Specialist – Tunis

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Compliance Specialist to join our Tunis office. The role combines hands‑on management of the company’s technical infrastructure with ensuring that all hardware and network solutions meet local regulatory and security requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, commission and operate the IT infrastructure at the Tunis location.
• Assemble, install and cable network components, gateways, access points and other hardware.
• Maintain reliable operation of equipment and keep accurate documentation.
• Support local procurement of IT hardware and coordinate with suppliers and service providers.
• Handle logistics, customs clearance and sourcing routes for imported equipment.
• Assist with regulatory approvals and registrations for VPN, encryption and telecommunications services.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking and technical installations.
• Familiarity with Tunisian regulatory requirements and approval processes.
• Fluent English (C1); German is a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Tunis and collaborate with internal and external partners.
