About the role

The Methodology Office Manager Engineer will lead the maintenance process, drive investment projects and improve resource efficiency at our chocolate production site in Megrine. You will work closely with production teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve the plant’s maintenance process.
• Plan, execute and monitor investment projects.
• Optimize energy and water consumption across the site.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to mobilize resources and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electromechanical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Hands‑on, field‑oriented attitude with the ability to lead a team.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 is an advantage.

• Proficiency with SAP PM module.
