Inbound English Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for an English‑speaking Customer Service Representative to join our inbound call centre in El Kram. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, accurate, and friendly support over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls in English and resolve queries promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Document interactions and update customer records in the system.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings, to ensure coverage.

Required profile

• C1 or native level proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with empathy and active listening.
• Ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing situations.
• Positive attitude and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
