Implementation Consultant – ADP Workforce Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to deliver ADP Workforce Manager solutions for our clients. The consultant will apply ADP’s implementation methodology to design, configure, test and roll‑out time‑keeping and workforce management systems.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements through workshops and translate them into detailed business and interface specifications.
• Design and document the solution architecture, including configuration, firmware updates for time clocks and integration points with HR/Payroll and third‑party systems.
• Configure the ADP Workforce Manager product, perform unit testing, and support integration and system testing activities.
• Lead data‑cleansing, mapping and conversion efforts, providing reconciliation and troubleshooting support.
• Deliver training sessions, update training manuals and assist clients during User Acceptance, Parallel Testing and Go‑Live phases.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, provide feedback to the product manager and propose enhancements.
• Communicate status, risks and issues to the project manager and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of HR, payroll and time‑management processes.
• Experience delivering complex software implementations in a consulting environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and mentor junior colleagues.

Required skills

• ADP Workforce Manager configuration and administration.
• Integration of HR/Payroll systems.
• Data mapping, conversion and firmware update procedures for time‑clocks.
• Testing methodologies including User Acceptance and Parallel Testing.
