HV Procurement and Contract Administrator

About the role

Scatec is seeking an HV Procurement and Contract Administrator to support the delivery of high‑voltage renewable energy projects. The role ensures robust contract administration and commercial management throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with procurement, supply‑chain and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement contract and procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Assist in drafting and structuring EPC contracts and sub‑contracts in partnership with legal, project management and technical teams.
• Support contractor pre‑qualification, tendering, bid evaluation and contract negotiations.
• Administer construction and supply contracts, manage correspondence, notices and communications with contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor contractor performance, assess progress payments, and handle variations, claims and extensions of time.
• Prepare project reports on contract status, risks, claims and cash‑flow forecasts in collaboration with Project Control.

Required profile

• Experience in procurement, contract administration or EPC contract management within the energy or construction sector.
• Strong understanding of contractual compliance, risk mitigation and cost‑schedule control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams across geographies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
