HR Business Partner

About the role

Autoliv is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead people‑management processes at a dedicated facility. You will act as the primary interface between employees and the management team, ensuring HR policies are applied consistently and risks are mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and support staff hiring in collaboration with the SSC.
• Manage the three‑month integration process for blue‑ and white‑collar employees, including vocational schooling plans and mentor evaluations.
• Identify and resolve employee‑supervisor‑mentor relationship issues.
• Support managers in determining training needs and develop training materials when required.
• Oversee the annual performance evaluation process, centralise data, and assist in conflict resolution.
• Coordinate employee opinion surveys and other HR programs.
• Handle disciplinary investigations together with payroll and department managers.
• Monitor time‑keeping, support timekeepers, and maintain personal files and organisational charts.
• Prepare monthly indicator reports and contribute to weekly financial follow‑up on absenteeism and holiday accruals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management.
• Fluency in English and the local language.
• Minimum three years of HR experience in a production‑oriented, preferably automotive, environment.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation.
• High ethical standards, strong credibility and effective communication skills.
• Change‑oriented mindset with a focus on best‑practice implementation.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers, employees, and works councils/unions.
