About the role

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing the full‑cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet qualifications and fit the organizational culture.
• Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and make data‑informed decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all recruitment activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
• Experience with DEIA principles and ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, handling sensitive and confidential information.
