Head of Supply Chain Management

About the role

LEONI, a global provider of products, solutions and services for power distribution and connectivity in the automotive industry, is looking for a Head of Supply Chain Management in Zaghouan. The role leads the Supply Chain Management organisation and holds functional accountability for supply chain on production facility level, covering customer demand planning, procurement and warehouse management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
• Design and lead initiatives in the field of supply chain management
• Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in the area of responsibility
• Define and steer budgets for activities within the area of responsibility
• Manage and supervise multiple org units within supply chain management
• Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organisational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
• Own supply chain functions at production facility level, including customer demand planning, procurement and warehouse management

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• English C1 and French C1
