Head of Security, Safety and Services

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Security, Safety and Services to lead site infrastructure operations at our Sousse plant. The role combines strategic planning, budget oversight, facility management, and EHS compliance to ensure safe and efficient manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Site Infrastructure Management team and daily operations.
• Develop and support strategic and operational plans for the department.
• Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning.
• Oversee facility services, maintenance activities, and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and company standards.
• Support audits, inspections, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Advise management on workplace safety, environmental, and infrastructure-related matters.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a leadership role.
• Fluent in English and/or German.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and teamwork abilities.
