Growth & Marketing Manager – Assistive Technology

About the role

Cure Bionics is seeking a Growth & Marketing Manager to drive awareness and demand for its advanced prosthetic and rehabilitation solutions across emerging markets. Working directly with the founders, you will shape the brand’s positioning, lead campaigns, and ensure the company is visible in the right conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing strategy and multi‑channel campaigns.
• Plan social media content, maintain editorial calendars, and write copy.
• Coordinate external agencies, designers, photographers, and freelancers.
• Identify and track events, congresses, competitions, accelerators, awards, and partnership opportunities.
• Lead PR, media outreach, and thought‑leadership initiatives.
• Manage email marketing, community engagement, and growth experiments.
• Analyze marketing performance, produce reports, and iterate on tactics.
• Create basic visual assets and marketing materials as needed.
• Integrate AI tools into research, content creation, reporting, and automation.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or related fields.
• Strong English writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized, proactive, and execution‑oriented.
• Independent, ownership‑mindset with a startup attitude.
• Interest in healthcare, technology, robotics, or social impact is a plus.
