Graphic Designer – Digital Design

About the role

The Graphic Designer will shape and execute Pens.com’s digital design strategy across web, social, email, and advertising channels. Reporting to the Art Director, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver engaging, brand‑aligned visual solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for the website, social media, email marketing, and digital ads.
• Partner with marketing, product, copy, brand, and UX teams to ensure design aligns with business objectives.
• Stay current with digital design trends and technologies, driving innovation within the team.
• Support brand marketing and advertising initiatives as needed.
• Develop concepts and original graphics, delivering production‑ready files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital design, focusing on website, social media, email, and advertising.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to present design concepts to stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a pixel‑perfect approach to visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
